Black Valley River (2018) Oil on Canvas Board 25cm x 20cm. This place is usually a roaring foaming torrent of water whenever the artist visits it but when he went there during a vacation in 2018, it was a peaceful tranquil place full of birdsong and with very little movement either in the foliage or in the river itself. It was as if the river was taking a break, holding its breath in wonder at its beautiful setting. This place is untouched by man and is devoid of any pollution and so is a natural habitat to sustain all species of flora and fauna.
