'Ristorante Rossini' is a pencil on paper that the Artist was commissioned to undertake in 2004 of Rossini's Italian Restaurant in Cork City in the Republic of Ireland. Great to say that they are still in business and as busy as ever not far from the famous English Market on Princes Street. The restaurant looks exactly the same now as it did back then.
